Derek Rickard – Founder, Consultant
Derek is a Business Analytics professional turned Business Intelligence fanatic who has spent the better part of his career as an analyst in the consumer packaged goods industry. Derek’s background in financial accounting and strategic planning coupled with his proficiency in business intelligence tools coalesce to provide clients with comprehensive and effective solutions.
Bo Stewart – Analyst, Consultant
Bo is a crucial member of Source to Share and aims to provide invaluable assistance to his clients. He has hit his stride as a Business Intelligence practitioner and consultant since starting at Source to Share in 2015 as a Junior Analyst.
Damian Cade – Junior Analyst
Damian is the newest addition to the Source to Share team. With a background in accounting and counseling, Damian is pursuing the business intelligence field in order to bring together his passions for working with people and developing business/financial strategy.
Hannah Bush – Business Manager
Hannah is currently pursuing her Communication Studies degree at Western Washington University. She joined the team in 2017 and has since developed Source to Share’s online presence. Hannah also coordinates community outreach, public affairs, and business administration for Source to Share.
